SBK University Scholarship 2023 – Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University increases the standard of living of students by offering Financial Assistance opportunities. The purpose of advancing the institution in the area of resource generation is to satisfy the growing expectations of financially strained however talented students at the institute by eliminating unemployment and poverty and to strategically link the facilities for resource generation of the institution in conjunction with international universities, donors, and development agencies.

Balochistan has the honor to be home to the initial Women’s University at Quetta. The necessity for a Women’s University in Balochistan was recognized for a long time but this desire was finally recognized when the governor of Balochistan Mr. Owes Ahmed Ghani issued an ordinance No. 1 of 2004, to establish the Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University at Quetta. On August 26, 2004, Balochistan Provincial Assembly passed the Sardar Bahadur Khamenei Women’s University Act.

The University was founded in the Sardar Bahadur Sanatorium which was generously given by the Pakistan Railways without any compensation. The campus University covers 40 acres. The keys to the building were given to the Vice-Chancellor on March 18, 2004. The building was the scene of a historic change when it was awarded the status of the first Baluchistan University and the third Women’s College in Pakistan.

Since then the Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s College of Balochistan has worked hard to provide a secure haven to women from Balochistan in the region of Pakistan who are seeking education and research.

SBK University Admission Test

Master-level classes started in a record-breaking just 59 days. The first enrollment of 103 participants within nine disciplines. At present, female students from across Balochistan are learning in 27 different disciplines. High-quality instruction in English is provided in line with an academic system called the Semester System. The 15th session of the University is underway. The university has an enrollment of more than 9000 students. It increases with each new session.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) offers scholarships to economically disadvantaged students to pursue Business Administration, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Medicine/Nursing, and Engineering & Technology programs.

3. Master’s/MBA/MS/MPhil/ Education Teaching degree programs in selected disciplines allowed under the scholarship program
4. Female students who meet the requirements for need and supplied all the required information according to the rules

• Print out the application form and other documents to the student financial aid office at the university.
• Do not send a hard copy of the completed application forms to HEC;
