The funds will be transferred to the school concerned by the award approved upon the submission of a reimbursement claim after three (03) months from the date of the event. An employee who is full-time or regular in the Govt. or Public Sector R&D organisation or Public Sector HEC recognized university/Chartered University that is recognized by the HEC may be eligible for the grant. The applicant should be a scientist/technologist/ working in any discipline of science, engineering or medicine.
HEC Travel Grant Daily Allowance
The research paper to be presented by the applicant must be accepted for oral presentation at a conference/ seminar/ symposium/workshop. The applicant must submit a copy of the complete research paper to be presented along with plagiarism reports of the research paper.

HEC Ticket Reimbursement
The Similarity Index should be less than 20 per cent. The applicant should submit a valid acceptance note for an oral presentation, indicating the address with the complete details, phone & fax no. and the email address of the event organizers. The research paper must be based upon the findings of the research conducted by the applicant in Pakistan.
