FPSC announced CSS Syllabus 2023 for all students who want to give CCS competitive exam. FPSC has created the Central Superior Services CSS competitive examination to help recruit civil officers on the basis of merit. Federal Public Services Commission, a reputed federal agency, helps in the selection of government employees on the basis of merit. Every year, students from across the country take this exam to qualify for higher posts as civil officers.

The exam is a competitive one that requires both compulsory and elective subjects to pass. CSS is one of the toughest exams in Pakistan. While many students take this exam, only a small number can pass it. Six subjects must be passed in this exam. You can also choose your choice from a selection of subjects based on your education.

CSS Syllabus, FPSC, and Exam Rules
The CSS exam consists of approximately 1200 marks. Six hundred marks correspond to compulsory subjects, while six hundred marks correspond with selective subjects. Each paper must be passed, regardless of whether it’s from mandatory subjects or optional subjects.
