- The application form, along with the educational certificate, residence certificate, CNIC certificate, and passport-size photos together as the form of the bank slip must be delivered to the hospital under the combined command of Rawalpindi.
- 200/- into MCB CMH RWP A/C No. 018460210005572. The deposit forward receipt with cash deposits.
- The recommendation amounting to Rs.200/- must be included in the official application.
- Letters to call will be sent in separate batches for the test/interview, and the test will be shown in the CMH Mai Gate CMH.
- The age limit for adults is 18 to 30 years old. (The maximum age for retirees is 45 years old.)
