The establishment of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education DG Khan took place on 4th January 1989. Initially, the Camp Office of the DG Khan Board was set up on the premises of the Multan Board, but later it was relocated to the DG Khan headquarters. The Board of Governors consists of 15 members, including the Chairman. Some members are ex-officio, while others are nominated as per the provisions of the Act.
