BEOE manages the process of facilitating, coordinating, and monitoring the process of migration through private-sector recruitment agencies or Overseas Employment Promoters (OEMs). BEOE helps to prevent fraudulent recruitment practices and oversees employment promoters within Pakistan. BOE keeps complete records of all OEPs and their actions. They maintain a list of overseas employment promoters (OEMs) who have active licenses.

Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment Eligibility Criteria
Female and male applicants are eligible according to the provincial limit. Minority quotas are also addressed. Candidates with matriculated, primary intermediate, and graduation qualifications are eligible to apply. Candidates must meet requirements for age, skill as well as other criteria. The upper age limit is decreased by 5 years after an average age. Age is calculated starting at the time of the application’s submission.
