Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2023 – The application process for the fully-funded Azerbaijan scholarships program is now open to International students. The program allows students who have been selected to pursue studies at the top universities in Azerbaijan in the preparatory courses undergraduate master, doctoral, and graduate general medicine/residency courses.
